I’m Hannah Sophia (They/Them), a singer-songwriter nested in the Pacific Northwest. I am passionate about community, creativity and connection. Music is one avenue I use to explore those passions.  

With five EPs, three singles, and over seventy-five original songs shared on Patreon, I’ve spent the past decade honing my craft and exploring the possibilities of music. My work spans solo projects like Seasons—a series of EPs capturing life’s shifting emotional landscapes—to collaborative endeavors with my bands, Floribunda, Oregon Honeycomb and The Sibsters. Every project is a step deeper into storytelling, connection, and growth.

Beyond my personal artistry, I’m also a teaching artist, blending my passion for music with a holistic, trauma-informed approach to education. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of students find their voices and tell their stories through song.
